it's black leather and mine is maroon. Eventually, I may have the leather on 
the headrests re-done in maroon. AND, the leather was coming apart at the seams 
on the seat and my rear seat is in perfect condition - leather already repaired 
professionally (very nice job). AND this one was a recliner and mine is not, so 
I am not certain that they are identical.
