I need to replace the right rear door vacuum element. It leaks I have found
this and have removed the defective component. (I plugged the vacuum (and
pressure for unlocking) which restored central locking to the rest of the car.

The problem is that the replacement part that I have is different, has 4
mounting screws instead of 3 and am not sure if the stroke is proper? It is PN
124 800 17 75

Yes I am aware of the note on the needed vacuum plug ..

"When superseding from old part number 000 800 71 75, (1) 202 800 04 53 vacuum
plug and 50 mm of 007 997 61 82 vacuum hose are also required."

The question is on mounting it 4 holes ?? vs 3 in a triangle .. and the stroke,
I don't think it will pull in enough ..
