Certainly Craig,
The WSM section 15-4000 says to test the wires by pulling the connector from 
the relay and "measure each wires resistance to ground (to the engine 
block)"-

and "if resistance is measured there is an interruption of the respective 
glow plug or of the lead or of the connection."

If you need 15-4000 let me know --
