I would also like to say that you can do this with Wal-Mart.  Long story 
short, go to walmart.com and find their 800 number... The offending 
store will call you back and beg and plead to do whatever it was they 
gave you the finger for earlier.  I've done it once myself, and heard it 
many times from my late wife who worked there as an asst. manager intern.
