I have a friend who had a Mazda diesel years ago and got about 38mpg out of it. My oldest daughter had a VW diesel pickup and got about 40mpg out of that. Of course that could be my fault as I taught her how to drive and I tend to get lower then normal mileage. I do like to have fun.
