Thank you for the replies. I had feared that the motor casting itself had warped, but looking at a photo of the motor housing/attachment points, it seems impossible that it could deform. This narrows the deformation/alignment issue to the regulator casting, as has been confirmed by your responses.
I guess I will add a regulator to next week's order to Rusty. Related question: On the passenger side, the window is slow and plaintive when being raised. Is there anything I can do in the way of maintenance to improve the glass movement in the track, or is this just a function of lack of use. I was wondering about putting a bit of talc in the vertical, fabric-lined seal that the glass rides in. Is there some other remedy to improve sliding function?
