Easy burger - comes pre-ground.

Had an opportunity for a whole Moose a few years back but we were in the car 
and wife didn't feel up to lifting her
end of the Moose into the trunk.
Poor thing must have been hit in the night by a big truck as there was no 
wrecked car nearby and not a mark on the
Moose. It was just lying on the side of the road like it was asleep.

Nope, road kill deer meet would be tainted by all the internal
 bleeding.  Even if very fresh.
