I've owned and loved dogs for 50+ years. Had one in our neighborhood that chased cars and bikes.
Did minor scraps to one of the kids. Kids Dad put a rag under his hubcap and drove by. Dog grapped the rag, wrong his neck, problem dog was "Fixed" Very humane in my Yankee opinion.
