Back to the subject line - '92 300D 2.5 turbo from Kaleb - the first tank (actually a half tank), over 280 miles, 180 of which was 75 mph highway, the rest mixed town and commuting, yeilded 35 mpg. Very nice! I don't expect this to be accurate, the sample was too small, I filled at different stations, etc., but it's probably ball park. What a great car!
