I have it as a word document right now. I can easily send it as an e-mail attachment to the list or to individuals as desired. Is it better as a PDF? Can receiver add his own notes and/or modify it as necessary if it's a PDF? If ya want it as a PDF, remind me how to change it from doc to PDF. When I select "save as," I don't see PDF on the list of choices.
