Should this be "cat currently only handles pattern matches in Mercurial
subrepos"? The test above this new inexact match test is for an exact
hg
match. Git bails early on m.anypats().

Git subrepositories only support exact file matches. Subversion
subrepositories are currently ignored.
What I wanted to say is Git support is limited.
