you can also add in the below procedure also:

Open QTP with web add-in enabled
Open your web application
press Ctrl+R key, object repository will open
click on "add objects to local" button on the repository
navigate the hand icon to the object you would like to add
Click on "OK"
individual object will get added into OR.

If you want to add all the objects in the web application at a time.
Navigate the hand icon and click on the top of the browser.
All the objects will get added at a time.
