George's original message said it was in the 6,000,000s so
that would limit it to three candidates.

If you noticed that the only range in the "Mersenne Exponent
Test Distribution Map" that didn't agree (it said there was
one more) with with the cleared exponents list was the range
6,900,000 - 7,000,000 then that would have limited it to one
exponent.
