Well - the server seems to have been fouled up most of yesterday (Sun 21st) - 
perhaps it issued a 10M assignment because it hadn't anything else left at 
the time?

Up to you.

Personally I think you need a lot of patience and/or a P4 processor to run 
10M assignments. (Yes, I've done a few...)
