Summary: segmentation fault in ASSERT_OUTSIDE_BEGIN_END, use of ctx

Initial Comment:
When I destruct a vtkXOpenGLRenderWindow, I get a
segmentation fault in ASSERT_OUTSIDE_BEGIN_END. It
seems to be dereferecing ctx, which is 0x0.

I use offscreen rendering.

If needed I can send the code that shows the problem.

The same code works without problems in Mesa 6.2.2. I
havent tried any versions between 6.2.2 and 6.4
