This was posted four days ago and I didn't hear any objections, only
some nostalgia background noise.  I've removed all the drivers and
subdirectories mentioned above and posted the result in the
mesa-cleanup branch in

  git://anongit.freedesktop.org/~krh/mesa

Brian, if that looks ok to you, I can push that to the main mesa repo now
