Update:
Only recently, INFRA added the Mesos committers as admins to edit the Apache
hosted wiki at https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/MESOS/Index (see
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-4150).
I've added a link on that page to the current wiki hosting our documentation
(https://github.com/mesos/mesos/wiki).
