CGI update

I never got hello.cgi to work.  I downloaded the BSD file and tried 
it.  I saved the hello.cgi file with BBEdit making sure it had the 
Unix line breaks.

I don't know where I'm failing but, I cannot make the thing happy. 
Hello.cgi doesn't want to talk to me :-(
