Well, pylibmetalink is written and C and using libmetalink.. ;)
I doubt many are using it quite yet since it's quite young and I
haven't had the time to implement more than some very basic functionality
so far..

This library is pretty new and most apps still lacks metalink support..
While apps might not be using this library quite yet, it's likely to be
more used in the future to provide apps with metalink support.
