Currently it looks like "6x9 hardcover" is the winning book format.

I want to ensure the book's font size is actually readable.  It's currently 
10point, which is small, and I just realized that the way I've been testing it 
may be misleading when it's printed.

There are also a few last-minute *reported* errata that need fixing.  If you 
want anything else fixed before publishing, please send an issue (or better a 
pull request) ASAP to:
  https://github.com/metamath/metamath-book

We want this out soon so that people can get their beach books...!
