Currently it looks like "6x9 hardcover" is the winning book format. I want to ensure the book's font size is actually readable. It's currently 10point, which is small, and I just realized that the way I've been testing it may be misleading when it's printed. There are also a few last-minute *reported* errata that need fixing.
