Hi Listees, I was thinking about lunars today and how the market around them has changed since the days just before the NWA gold rush. Even well into the NWA period, new lunar recoveries were usually the big topic of conversation. Remember NWA 482? Or the feeding frenzy around NWA 5000?
NWA 5000 was the largest lunar mass until that big Kalahari find came to light, but we've seen dozens(?) of sizeable lunar recoveries in recent years and it seems like people have gotten numb to them somewhat. It seems like it's not that big of a deal anymore if a football-sized moon rock is recovered. So, what is officially the biggest lunar mass now? I've lost track.
