??? Do you want soluble or insoluble (e.g. in inclusion bodies).
If soluble just any his-tagged bacterial pET vector could be areasonable
start.
If possible, include some more tags (SUMO, MBP, GST, NusA) in parallel in
your expression test and go for the one with best soluble overexpression in
large-scale.
Also, many proteins don`t solubly express at temperatures above 15 °C ...
and others are always disappearing by degradation unless protected by
coexpression of partner proteins.
