Dear Iraz,

 

if I were you I would concentrate your protein using the speed-bac. This way 
you won't lose anything. But when you do acetone precipitation you will always 
lose protein, and I wouldn't use it specially if your protein concentration is 
very law.

 

Hope it helps. I usually concentrate the proteins as explained.
