Dear Experts, I would like to label an antibody with peroxidase by the periodate method. Which HRP grade / isoforms / purity should I use? Is there a practical advantage (or even disadvantage) of "stabilized" peroxidase, where the amino groups are chemically protected and therefore oligomerization of the HRP would be prevented?
