Dear Sudheer,
I suppose you refer to standard sodium phosphate buffer used
throughout the= biochemical literature. Both chemicals required for
this recipe, NaH2PO4 a= nd Na2HPO4, are available from all major
chemical supply companies that you= r university or research centre
   commonly orders from.
The Cold Spring Harbour lab (and many biochemistry books) was so kind
to su= pply a detailed recipe for the buffers depending on the desired
   final pH:

   Subject: Na2Po2 buffer?
   Hi guys
In one of the article which was published in 2002, I read that people
used<= br> Na2Po4 buffer for their experiment. My question is Na2Po4
chemical is avail= able now ?
   Thank you
