Hello METRo Developers,
I've noticed that METRo really likes going for freezing rain on the road
surface conditions plot -- I'm in a part of the world where this is
quite rare. Is it possible that this means "rain on the roads that may
freeze (due to falling temperatures)" or does it specifically imply
freezing rain? I'm not sure how to interpret it.
