Gentlemen!
I have asked this question before, but no answer was satisfactory.
I am running v11.5 on a new dell laptop. The crosshair style mouse pointer
leaves little dots on the screen, 4 at a time, their distance from each
other depends on the speed at which I move the mouse. They will stay there
until I refresh the screen. I changed all the colors; same results. I run
other applications on the machine, but nothing else has problems. There are
no zany trailing pointers active, or any other silly functions turned on. Is
there a way to change to a different style pointer? As most of you know,
changing windows pointer settings has no effect on the SmartCam pointer.
This laptop has a touchpad for mouse control. Would that have something to
do with it?
When it is docked, and attached to the large monitor and normal mouse it
still acts the same way.
