I work in a large factory that has over 300 NC machines. There are over 50 different controls. I have personally written code generators for all of these machines. Out of all of the programs I produce, which is in the hundreds, I never, I repeat never have to make any edits to a file after it is coded from Smart-cam. My programs are complete with structured headers, tooling information and operator messages. I have not found any situation that the .tmp file could not be tailored to output.
