[mfg-smartcam] Knurling

Hi again, I sometimes have trouble knurling. I have a Mori Seiki lathe sometimes the knurl works great and sometimes it doesn't. I experiment with speeds and feeds but it seems to be no consistency. Can any one give me some insight into knurling, Is there a standard formula or a rule thumb of some sort.     Thanks William Ray www.raymachine.com
