We are using a Quick Knurling tool which is made by MILLER in Innsbruck
, Austria. This tool is used for Cross and Diamond Knurls. The tool has
a dial to preset the diameter to be knurled. Using the recommended
cutting parameters for this tool will give you excellent results. It
also comes with a a guide: How to correct errors an a table for
approximate Speeds and Feeds.
You don't have to order this tool in Austria, I purchased it from our
local tool dealer.
