About a year ago I removed a hardware lock and reverted to the standard hard drive lock. Every once in a while, (usually Saturday when I have a hot job to run for Monday) the server code changes to a 22 digit hardware lock number. And of course I get 505 SC not licensed error. I have checked the volume id and the license key numbers, they are correct. The only difference is the server code number. I have not been able to find out how to revert to the standard 14 digit server code. I reboot a couple of times, give up, go home and the next time I try, SC runs and the server code is back to normal. Has anyone else noticed this weird behavior or knows what causes it?
