Thanks for responding John, netelm.flg were already blown away.  I found 
the problem, the hardware lock started working again and highjacked the 
server code.  Thats why I got ride of it in the first place because of its 
intermittent functioning.  Wont happen again its now in a desk draw for 
eternity, or until I forget about it and wonder what the hell it is and 
throw it away ;)

Do a "Find file or folder" for a file named netelm.flg.  Delete or rename 
it.
