To All,

I am trying to use Smartcam Network Licence Manager (NLM) from a Windows
2000 server.
All the stations can communicate with the server using the "Licence
Server Test Tool"
but they can not run SmartCam, the following error is reported by
Smartcam,

ERROR 511:There is a network or system licence error.

(I do have a valid permanent licence key from SDRC applied to the
server)

If I look on the server log logfile.txt I see the following information:

01-Aug-15 16:08:36: 30: Authorization failure; key C:\Documents and
Settings\Administrator\KEYDIR\30.lic only valid for: .

Anybody know what this means?
How can a licence be valid for a DOT?
