I have already tried renumbering the file just to be sure and it is a complete program with the M30 at the end.
The G code file is included in the zip file I sent in the first post.

Hi guys,
I'm trying to center drill and drill 3730 holes but when I code it I get only 5540 lines of code. Smartcam shows 7510 elements of which 48 are on layers not tools so I should have over 7510 lines of code!!! I also tried coding 1 tool and ended up with 2771 lines of code. What am I missing here can this be a problem with my .tmp file? Any help I can get would be appreciated because I do not have a clue what is wrong. I have included my pm4, jos and gcode files for everybody to look at.
