The official word from EDS is that you can only have a Webkey account if you have a current maintenance agreement. If your maintenance is not current, the Webkey account is blocked. They created the newsgroup for SmartCAM right after the merge with SDRC without knowing that SmartCAM was obsolete and that maintenance could no longer be purchased for it.
