*October 5th, 2010* *PUNE*: The licensing and regulatory mechanism for running children's homes in the state is in for a major revamp owing to the directives emerging from a suo motu PIL being monitored by the Bombay high court, following media reports about the plight of the mentally-challenged inmates at a children's home in Thane district.
