Dear Johann
we have had several mails informing us about the status of MIin the 4th
draft in the website of NTB. I recall sending a mail to you few days back.
Why dont you download it and read it. I , for one will not be happy , as a
care giver to get MI included under the guardianship model of NTA if the 4th
draft were to become a Law. See Art 12 carefully. Hope the current status is
clear. Poonam is no state to say anything.
