*November 3, 2010* *MUMBAI:* Dejected over the death of his wife, a 35-year-old man, who worked as a distributor for a biscuit manufacturing company, ended his life at his Santa Cruz (E) residence on Saturday afternoon.
"Brijesh Singh's wife died of blood cancer six months ago and since then, he had been depressed. Moreover, one of his brothers is mentally challenged and he worried about his future," senior inspector Anil Kharade said. Singh left behind a suicide note, where he mentioned that he had been into depression ever since his wife's death. Other members of his family added that he was also facing trouble on the professional front as two of his area sales managers were not releasing any funds to him, as a result of which he could not make the necessary payments.
