*New Delhi: *Uttar Pradesh cadre IAS officer of 1975 batch, K Chandramouli has been appointed new Secretary of the Department of Health and Family Welfare under MINistry of Health and Family Welfare. He succeeds K Sujata Rao who retires on November 30 this month. Prior to this appointment Shri Chandramouli was functioning as Secretary and Director General, National AIDS Control Organization. He would presently continue to hold the charge of DG, NACO.
