He was speaking after inaugurating the Trichur Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences (TIMHANS), constructed as part of the 25th anniversary celebrations of the Thrissur Archdiocese, at Peringandur, near here, on Saturday. “The surge in mental health problems poses a challenge to the current society.
