Sirs, NIMHANS knows that there is not a single Government Psychiatrist in all of the districts of Karnataka.Most of the posts are lying vacant. Meanwhile almost 90% of NIMHANS students after completing their PG go to Australia while about 10% go to UK or USA.Why not NIMHANS make it a rule that they must serve atleas t 1 year in the Parapara Jail or in any district hospital before they are alllowed to emigrate?
