21-Dec-2012 GULBARGA: The last date for admission to postgraduate and postgraduate diploma courses in mental health at the Distance Education Directorate of Kuvempu University in Shimoga has been extended till December 31, with a payment of Rs. 100 as penalty, and those submitting applications before January 15 a penalty of Rs. 300 will be collected.
