see the attached Gazette Notification on the latest nomination of members
to CCC. Does this means RPDA is in cold storage ?  Note that there are no
reps. from MI.  As usual, we have to piggy back on other disabilities with
their own   problems and challenges.Perhaps we deserve this for multiple
reasons.
