In my rc.firewall (on my website and in the presentation) I started out with a flush, `iptables -F`. After making changes to my NAT setup, I discovered that this only flushes the default table (with its custom chains)...not the nat table.
This will probably never affect you, but... add `iptables -F -t nat` under the `iptables -F` statement for your future sanity.
