I know there are a variety of add-ons for firefox that will do this, altho I don't have much experience with any of them. If you do a search at https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/ you should find a bunch to try. Something to be aware of is that virtually all of these add-ons will simply download and save a FLV file which cannot be played directly on an iPod. You will need to use something like ffmpeg or mecoder to transcode the video to H.264 or some other iPod compatible format.
