While it would be nice to have the manual update option, I'm happy I
won't have to worry about old Crhome browsers rendering my sites badly.

But I really DO NOT LIKE automatic updates you can't turn off! I tend
to stick with older, working versions of software, autoupdates BREAK
things. I agree with you, I don't think I could accept that, either.
