Anyone have any experience with recent distros (kernel 3.2.x) that have
working drivers/modules for the Broadcom 43xx wireless chipsets? I've
tried getting various Ubuntu/Mint flavors to work on some laptops here,
and it seems the newest Ubuntu-based distro that still works with the
driver is LinuxMint 12. Mint13 will *look* like it is working (it can
be made to load the driver and actually see wireless networks), but will
never connect to a wireless network because it can never authenticate (I
even had trouble with an unsecured wifi). I've wondered if one of the
Fedora/RH distros might work where the Ubuntu-based ones fail.
