I understand. If I remember correctly the inverter for the T20 was $80 + $5 shipping, and the backlight was something like $15 + $8 shipping; a new LCD panel from eBay was about $230 + shipping. Thus buying the LCD panel would have been a little over twice the price. Hopefully you can find images for how to disassemble your particular laptop to remove the LCD panel.
