First let me apologize for the poor formatting on the original message.
I have installed DropBox and allowed for "Camera upload". I happened to reboot
the phone and noticed on my laptop the few photos
added via SAMBA share were synced via DropBox. I then went to the Nexus4, with
joy I was able to see the new photos were available
inside Gallery.app.
I'm not sure if this is due to the reboot, DropBox, or combination of both.
I'm going to play around with the Downloads folder to see if a reboot make
copied files available.
I copied one file to the Download folder, rebooted the phone, and the
file was not available using the Downloads.app
I'd have to say, DropBox is doing some magic here.
