Something in the Win98SE machine periodically decides it would be cute to
talk to somebody. Personally, I think it's Microsloth's marketing
department hecking to see what we have on our mahines. ;-)
I did catch Yahoo! messenger staying alive and quering somebody, and hhad it
removed from all machines.
